Individual executive coaching

Individual coaching will help you to find your own solutions and to implement sustainable, lasting change.
Collective team coaching
As an executive team or board, you may, for example, aspire to:
- set-up a brand new team based on human-centered principles,
- nurture an environment of psychological safety,
- promote collective intelligence in the delivery of a new strategy or roadmap,
- re-question current meeting and decision practices,
- agree on collective principles to make hybrid work a success for all,
- shift to a different team dynamic eg. towards a more inclusive culture.
Team coaching will help you to achieve such team objectives while collectively learning about the dynamic of the team itself. Depending on the nature of the team and the complexity of the objectives, one or several coaches might intervene.
In practice
An individual coaching programme typically consists of 8-10 sessions of 1,5 hours every 2-3 weeks.
A team coaching programme typically consists of an observation round based on individual interviews, and 6-12 coaching sessions of half or full days every 4 weeks.

Co-development: co-development is a structured, facilitated approach where a group of leaders help each other on themes of common interest. While resolving real business or leadership issues, participants also learn to practice and harness powerful coaching techniques.
Tailored solutions
We also offer tailored coaching journeys for a wide range of development or problem situations, whether they concern you as an individual, as a team or even as an organisation. Just think about:

We prefer direct face-to-face coaching, as it allows for much richer interactions and deeper learning. However – whether for health safety measures or convenience – online individual coaching is also available as an alternative. We can also go for a mix between meeting in person and remotely. This is typically what we discuss before the coaching programme will start.
